All families are required to complete school
registration by returning the forms listed below to school on Thursday, August
21st, from
If you provided the school with the Family
Registration * & Student Enrollment* form in June, you do not
need to provide another, but you must be sure to check in at the registration
desk upon arrival. Many forms sent into the school were incomplete or
illegible. Since these contain your
child’s emergency information, it is imperative that they be complete.
